Bikramjit Singh, an illegal alien wanted for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman he picked up while posing as a rideshare driver, has turned himself in. Clovis Police say Singh turned himself in Friday night and he was booked into the Fresno County jail on several serious charges. He is also being held on a ICE immigration detainer.
UPDATE: Sing's charges have been reduced. Outrageous!
